Opened in the Tsitsikamma in 2001, we're South Africa's oldest wolf sanctuary and the first of our kind in the country. We give a permanent home to grey timber wolves and wolf dogs surrendered from the exotic pet and breeding trade, and from owners who couldn't meet their needs.
We're off-grid and entirely self-funded, with no government support, kept going by donations, sponsorships and daily guided tours. Ours is non-breeding, non-interaction, lifelong care: around 20 wolves in the pack today, more than 500 given a home over the years.

We receive no government funding. What we raise goes straight to the animals — food, veterinary care, and the enclosures and land they live on. You can give once, give monthly, or sponsor the pack.
